 Q: How do I register for a class?

A: You can conveniently and safely register for a class or other event online.

 

Q: What is the class size?

A: We limit the class size to 6 children to ensure that every child receives individualized attention.

 

Q: How do I know if a class still has spaces available?

A: Availability is noted and updated regularly on each class description page. 

 

Q: Do you have a waiting list when classes fill up?

A: Yes, we do have a waiting list for all of our classes and summer camps, once they fill up. Please e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your child’s name, date of birth and the class you are interested in.

 

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: Classes, Workshops and other Events

  • If you cancel at least 14 days before the class starts, you can choose to receive a credit towards a future class or request a refund.
  • If you cancel your child’s registration less than 14 days before the class starts, you will receive a credit towards a future class.
  • In the event that a child is unable to attend a class, we will do our best to offer a make-up class or provide your child with the materials for the day’s activities to do at home. We regret that we are unable to refund payment for missed classes.
  • In the event of a class being cancelled by Little Sprout’s Village, we will do our best to reschedule the class. If that is not possible, you can choose to receive a credit towards a future class or request a refund.

Summer Camps

We will issue a refund less a $10 administration fee for camp cancellations before May 1st.  A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations after May 1st and if we can fill the open space before the camps starts, we will refund you the remaining 50% less a $10 administration fee.

 

Q: My child and his/her friends would like to participate in a class or workshop but the times of the current classes don’t work for us? Can we set up a private class?

A: Yes, you absolutely can. A private class needs a minimum of 4 children and can be a one-time class or continue for a number of weeks. Please contact us to set up a class.

 

Q: How should my child dress for class?

A: Your child should wear comfortable clothing that is not too loose and can get dirty. Necklaces, bracelets and rings are not permitted in class.  We wouldn’t want them to get lost in our mud pies.

 

Q: Does my child need to be potty trained?

A: Yes and No. Children in our mommy & me class “Big Hands, Little Hands” class do not need to be potty trained. Children in all the other classes do need to be fully potty trained.

 

Q: What about my child's allergies?

A: The safety of your child(ren) is our #1 concern. When registering online you will have the opportunity to describe your child's allergies or other special conditions we should be aware of. You can also call us 484-639-9202 to discuss.

 

Q: Do you use photos of children in marketing materials?

A: When registering your child for a class or event at Little Sprout's Village you are given the option to opt-in or opt-out of giving us permission to use your child's photograph or photo of their artwork for marketing purposes and publications.  No names, addresses or ages will be used to identify persons.

 

Q: How can I pay for a class?

A: When registering online you can pay using your credit card, PayPal or choose to mail a check.

Q: How late can I register for a class?

A: Most classes fill up very fast but as long as there is a space available you can register for a class up to 2 days before the class start date.

 

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: Little Sprout’s Village values its customers and respects their privacy. We use the information you provide about yourself and your children when registering for an event to complete your registration and to communicate with you. We do not sell, rent or give your name, address or any other personal information to third parties.
When you subscribe to our e-newsletter, you may opt-out of our e-mail updates at any time by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each e-mail or by contacting us directly. 

 

Q: What is Little Sprout's Village Refund Policy?

A: 100% of class fees will be refunded if requested at least 14 days before the first class. Within 14 days of the first class, cancellations will result in a credit to use towards future classes if we can fill the space.

 

Q: Does my child need to be potty trained to attend summer camp?

A: Yes, children attending our summer camps need to be fully potty-trained.

Q: Can I switch camp weeks after I have registered?

A: Yes, you can switch weeks as long as spaces are available. Once a camp fills up you have the option to be placed on our waiting list.
